Returns/Refunds

Please contact us regarding any issues with purchases.

Non-faulty items will be refunded if they are returned unopened and undamaged withing 7 days of receipt of the item.

Faulty items will usually be replaced, but may be refunded due to stock.

Please note that all Radio Control items carry a parts warranty - as soon as the item is used we will not usually refund/replace radio control items - they will normally be fixed instead. It is important that you contact us before returning any item so that we can confirm the correct route - many radio control issues are easily solvable over the phone and do not require a returned item.
