Overview
Because standard tie wraps aren't designed to handle high temperature situations, they often let go or break when used to strengthen a header-to-pipe connection on an R/C gas engine. To avoid this problem, Dynamite's Thermal Grip Coupler Ties are made from a special black high-temperature resistant material with the locking pin in the clasp made of corrosion-resistant spring steel. Using them on your 1/8 or 1/10 scale car or truck makes you confident of a firm connection between your header and pipe. To make it truly rock-solid, use Dynamite's Thermal Set Coupler Tape along with Thermal Grips. Each tie wrap is 8" long and .140" wide and comes six to a package.
